Industrial Painter
Parkhurst Manufacturing is currently seeking a skilled painter with previous production paint experience. Successful candidate must have a positive attitude, solid work history and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Proper techniques to achieve adequate paint coverage
- Oversee preparation of all surface work prior to primer and paint
- Operate Graco 2KE plural component air-assist/airless spray equipment
- Repair paint defects if needed
- Responsible for basic preventive maintenance for paint equipment
- Responsible for safe operation of all paint equipment and personal protective equipment
- Initiates and maintains all applicable paperwork & record-keeping as required
Competencies
- Ability to recognize and solve practical problems
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrate ability to adjust and learn from mistakes
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Good attendance and punctuality are a must
- Work overtime as needed
- Previous industrial paint experience
- Forklift experience is a plus
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position with a 4/10 work week.
