Bulkhead Specs and Options
All bulkheads are constructed as a one-piece panel design and are compatible with Toughline and Structureline bodies. Popular options include factory-installed e-track and tie-down rings. Each bulkhead ships powder coated gloss black and is available in multiple heights and widths.
- Standard Duty - Ideal for a wide range of applications, Standard Duty bulkheads feature a drop-in, bolt-in design and include a knee brace gusset kit for added stability.
- Heavy Duty - Designed for tougher applications, Heavy Duty models include structural channel steel stakes for added strength and durability. Features include a drop-in, weld-in design and a knee brace gusset kit.
- Lumber - Engineered specifically for heavy lumber hauling, these weld-on bulkheads feature structural channel steel stakes turned on edge with added reinforcement, 9″ ears and a fixed pipe top rail for maximum load security.
- Weld-On Heavy Duty - Featuring a weld-on design, these bulkheads include structural channel steel stakes turned on edge with added reinforcement to support demanding hauling applications.
